Good luck!

Basement leaks, leaky basement, leaky basement.

After the roof

Finally, make sure there are no changes at home, which were carried out without authorization. If you have a / obtain a license to an inspector to validate the work you comply with the applicable building code.

Remember that when the air conditioner, furnace, water heater, etc. are old, is something that can be negotiated. The roof and the basement is too risky to negotiate.
